Having a daily meditation practice allows us to take control of our lives, doing some simple meditation practice or mindfulness, allows us to feel a balance within ourselves.
Being less reactive and more proactive, for me this is the key to allowing us to make more informed choices in our lives.
Our inner world is as important as our physical health, too many of us today neglect our mental health and wellbeing. Most of us will find so many different distractions or reasons not to take time for ourselves, when in fact 10 minutes of simple daily meditation or mindfulness helps us to take back control, restoring balance and a sense of wellbeing.
I am offering to give some simple techniques in my meditation class for beginners. There is a separate class for those of you that have some experience and practise, however struggle to maintain a daily practice.
It is advisable to keep a small notepad for any experiences whilst meditating. Also worth mentioning, do wear comfortable warm clothing. (dependant on outside temperature)

I find it extremely beneficial to have a group supporting each other. you may have questions in between sessions or support from myself or other group members.
