Booking a date for a session:

When you place an order and select a date/time I will endeavour to try to book you in for when you have requested. If that is not possible due to another booking taking place, I will contact you to arrange another date/time which is convenient to you.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations up to one week in advance will be rebooked or refunded with no charge. A 50% refund is available for all cancellations made within one week of the appointment subject to rebooking. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to appointment are non-refundable.

If I’m unable to keep our appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to rebook another appointment at the earliest opportunity.

Gift Cards:

1hr reading session Gift cards are available to buy online. Once you have selected the amount and gone through checkout, you will be sent your gift card via Royal mail post. These can be used to book an online (via Sykpe, Messenger or telephone) or in person reading.

PLEASE NOTE: The person redeeming the gift card needs to book via email or telephone as the gift card can not be submitted when buying a reading session via my online shop.
